Payment policy

Egypt Tours Club providing very easy and very secure way to book your tours with us,

  • For single day tours you need to pay 10% of the Price as a deposit, you can pay by Credit Card or PayPal. You can contact us if you do not have PayPal account by using the inquiry form. You can pay the rest of the amount by Cash or Credit Card with Extra 3% for the bank charge.

  • For tours by plane you will need to pay 20 % of the price as a deposit by PayPal, Western Union or Wire bank transfer and outstanding in the same day of the tour.

  • For tour Packages to secure your reservation you will need to pay 25% of the price as a deposit by PayPal, Western union or Wire bank transfer and the outstanding upon arriving to Egypt.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation should be received in writing the document by fax or email. In case the cancellation happened before 60 days from the departure date it will be subjected to 6% of the total amount received it will be deducted by the bank for transaction fees. If a tour participant is canceled his/her reservation the following fees will be applied:

  • Between 30 and 21 days before your arrival date, 25% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Between 20 and 12 days before the arrival date, 50% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Between 11 and 6 days before your arrival date, 75% of the entire tour price will be deducted.
  • Between 5 and 1 days before your arrival date, 100% of the entire tour price will be deducted.


PayPal is accepted for deposits only, if You would like to pay the full amount, you can do it by Credit Cards, Cash, Wire Bank or Western Union

Credit Card

If  you pay the outstanding by Credit Card will be 3% extra for the bank charges


All popular currencies are accepted such as US , Canadian, Australian Dollars, British Pounds, Euro and EGP with an updated exchange rate.

Your Travel Insurance

Egypt Tours Club highly recommend and Advice you to have your travel insurance which will cover what regular insurance does not cover while you are oversea, such as losing luggage, Medical emergencies, interruption of travel, trip cancellation and the unexpected expenses if you should to cancel your trip.
