08:30 AM – Hotel / Nile Cruise Pick-up
Meet your representative in the lobby of your hotel or Nile cruise (East or West Bank) and transfer by air-conditioned vehicle to the designated eclipse viewing site on Luxor’s West Bank.
09:30 – 11:15 AM – Arrival & Observation Setup
Arrive at the specially selected viewing area with full 360° visibility.

11:39 AM – First Contact (Partial Eclipse Begins)

01:01 PM – Second Contact | TOTALITY (Approx. 6 minutes 21 seconds)
Witness totality as eclipse glasses are removed and the magnificent solar corona appears above Luxor’s timeless landscape — a truly unforgettable moment.
01:07 PM – Third Contact (Partial Phase Resumes)
The Sun begins to reappear. Eclipse glasses are used again as observation and photography continue.
02:22 PM – Fourth Contact (Eclipse Ends)
The eclipse concludes and full daylight returns. Opportunity for commemorative group photos.
02:40 PM – Light Lunch & Refreshments
Relax in a shaded, air-conditioned area and enjoy a light lunch including fresh juices, cold cuts, and seasonal fruits (included).
03:00 PM – Return Transfer
Transfer back to your hotel or Nile cruise.
