The Payment Policy

Payment and Cancellation Policy:

We want to thank you for booking a tour of Egypt with us or visiting the Egypt Tour Club website. We are proud to serve you. We have payment methods, cancellation policies, and other conditions based on formal business transactions, and we always strive to provide flexible conditions to suit your needs. When you book our one-day tour or tour package, you agree and accept the terms and conditions, so please be sure to read our booking conditions.

To have fully secure payment, we provide online payment by PayPal only, which is the safest way to pay online right now, as no one can use the PayPal account except the owner of it. We accept online payment for the deposit only, as the rest of the amount will be collected while you are on tour for the single-day tours. For the packages, the rest will be collected when you arrive in Egypt. If you want to make the full payment, you will need to contact us to change the payment method to the total amount instead of a deposit.

Amendment of the Booking, 

While booking the tour or tour package with us, you will find it easy to add, subtract, customize, and change the itinerary to fit your needs. All you need to do is contact one of our operators to help you with that. Our team will be happy to help you according to availability and rates and will give you the best possible options.

Payment Policy.

It is recommended to book your required tour/ tour package as you can to get the best rate. Upon booking and paying the deposit, your tour or tour package will automatically be confirmed and guaranteed to run. The down payment will be part of your final payment amount.

The Day Tours Payment:

 Overland Tours:

Any overland tours don't require hotel reservations; domestic flight tickets don't require more than 20% of the total amount; the rest will be collected from you by the guide; you are free to pay in Cash ( Egyptian Pounds, USD, Euro ) Also, if you would like to pay by credit card, you can do that with an extra 3% for the bank fee. Feel free to pay the tour cost in any currency you prefer.

 Day tours, including domestic flight tickets:

For any day tours requiring domestic flight tickets, the deposit will be 35% of the total. The rest will be collected from you by the guide. You can pay in cash (Egyptian pounds, USD, or euros). Also, if you would like to pay by credit card, you can do that with an extra 3% of the bank fee. Feel free to pay the tour cost in any currency you prefer.

The tour packages.

For any tour package, 50% of the total amount is required to book your tour package as a deposit from the total amount. The rest will be collected from you by the guide. You can pay in cash (Egyptian pounds, USD, or euros). Also, if you would like to pay by credit card, you can do that with an extra 3% of the bank fee. Feel free to pay the tour cost in any currency you prefer.

 Note:

Try to make your booking as early as possible to guarantee your tour's availability. When we receive your booking request with the deposit, it will be our responsibility to run your tour or tour package.
