Overview
We cordially invite you to accompany us on an excursion to Memphis, the archaic capital of ancient Egypt. The 6 Steps Pyramid, the first pyramid in human history, is located within the Necropolis of Sakkara. The interior of the Teti pyramid will also be accessible to you. Under the shadow of one of the seven ancient wonders of the world, investigate the Great Pyramids of Giza. We will also lead you to the most advantageous vantage point of the pyramids, from which you can see all three, in addition to the city of Giza in the distance. You will have your lunch at a local restaurant after your monument excursion to experience Egypt in its most authentic form.

Memphis Visit
Start your day tour heading to one of the most important statues in the open air museum of Memphis. Memphis was founded by King Menes and was the Capital of Old Egypt during the Old Kingdom. It was considered to be the center of rule and culture in Egypt for over 3,000 years!
Here you'll be able to get your picture with the Statue of Ramses II before being taken to visit Sakkara Necropolis.
Saqqara Complex experience
After exploring Memphis, you're guide will take you to Saqqara Necropolis where you'll see the Six Steps Pyramid, the main entrance of the Necropolis, and the Pyramid of King Teti.
Once you've seen all the highlights of the complex, your tour guide will take you to a local and authentic restaurant where we encourage you to try our local cuisine (Optional ).
Pyramids of Giza Visit
At 08:00 am, you will be met with your tour guide, who will pick you up and transfer you to visit the Pyramids of Giza, you will be guided there for 3 hours, where you will have 3 stops, 1 by the great pyramid of Cheops, 2nd stop will be the panorama view where you will be able to see the 3 pyramids in panoramic view, last stop will be the temple of valley and the great sphinx tour.

The person that led us for the day was Jemmy, and she was exceptional. He has a remarkable depth of knowledge, exhibited a warm and kind demeanor, and proved to be an excellent companion for the whole day. Once we depleted our water supply, she promptly stopped at a vendor and purchased more water for all of us without seeking permission. Our family of two adults and four children (12, 10, 6, 2 yrs) thoroughly enjoyed this tour with Mohamed thru Egypt Tours Club! It included all the sights and some amazing local stops along the way. We added the camel rides at Giza which was such a fun experience for the kids and our family! We have some absolutely amazing pictures and memories. Mohamed and our driver were really great, patient, and knowledgeable. We ended up booking an additional tour the next day with the same company! We’re very pleased and would encourage any family to take this trip!

Jun 23, 2024We had a great time visiting Saqqara, Memphis and the pyramids all thanks to our guide Ibrahim. He was very knowledgeable and helpful, giving us plenty of information about the history of Egypt, making sure we weren't overwhelmed by sellers and showing us the best picture spots. The lunch that had been set up for us was delicious and in a cool place. The guide and driver wore mask and constantly sanitized their hands and ours, making us feel very safe Covid-wise. Highly recommend and would definitely book Ibrahim for another trip!

Jun 23, 2024We took this outing to Saqqara and Memphis with driver Mohamed Ali and tour guide Reham Shawky and we found it well worth the extra expense to have a very well informed guide who went out of her way to help us. We were interested in trying some tameyya and she stopped and got us some at a local shop and it was fabulous and fresh! I would recommend this tour with Memphis tours for families with teens.

Jun 23, 2024Since I was a children I wanted to visit Egypt and see the pyramids. Ali and Egypt Tour Club made it easy for me and my brother. We Booked everything with them. Transfer, tours, Cruise, flights and PCR test. This was my third international tour and my English is not very good so Ali, to make the trip better was able to find guides that spoke Spanish. Mohammed, the tour guide was great. He taught me a lot of the things I wanted to learn since I was a little girl. I am coming back home knowing old Egypt was greater than i ever imagined. I couldn't recommend a better company. I felt save in Egypt as a woman The tour guide and driver were vaccinated and were wearing masks. So I felt safe during these cover times.
