Use these practical notes to prepare for airport arrival, hotel procedures, sightseeing days and the domestic flight journey between Cairo and Luxor.

Confirmed Travel Sequence

Cairo arrival → Cairo sightseeing → flight to Luxor → Luxor sightseeing → return flight to Cairo → final departure.

Airport Meeting

An Egypt Tours Club representative will wait inside the airport holding a sign with your name. WhatsApp contact may be used when available to coordinate the meeting.

Hotel Category

The package includes three nights in a 5-star hotel in Cairo. The specific property is confirmed according to the final booking.

Hotel Check-in

Standard hotel check-in is available from approximately 2:00 PM. Earlier room access depends on hotel availability and is not guaranteed.

Hotel Check-out

Check-out must normally be completed by 11:00 AM. When the departure is later, assistance with late check-out may be requested but remains subject to hotel availability.

Domestic Flights

The Cairo–Luxor and Luxor–Cairo flights may be operated by EgyptAir or Air Cairo, depending on availability and the confirmed travel date.

Flight Schedule Flexibility

Upon arrival at Cairo International Airport, an Egypt Tours Club representative will meet you inside the airport holding a sign with your name. You will receive assistance with the arrival procedures, then travel by private air-conditioned vehicle to your 5-star hotel in Cairo. During the transfer, the representative will explain the upcoming schedule and answer practical questions.
